Welcome to the website of Studio Ross in Westende.

The studio is located in the center of Westende-Bad, 50 m from the beach. The dike was renovated in 2022 and is very pleasant for walking and enjoying the wind, sun and sea.

Peace, sea, beach and modern comfort for an affordable price.

The studio was completely renovated in 2015 and is equipped for the modern comfort of two people.

Look no further, you will not find a comparable holiday accommodation for two people at such prices with our service and quality.

Everything is available: toaster, mixer, microwave, juicer, Senseo, grill, kettle, all maintenance products, 2 duvets, pillows, plaid, beach chairs and sunscreen, in short, everything you need for a successful holiday.

It is a small studio with all modern comforts. The limited space has its charm and offers the user everything necessary. Because of its location at the rear of the building you can enjoy the silence. The building is well maintained and the elevator takes you to the second floor.

The seawall and the beach are a 50 meter walk from the studio.

At 70 meters is the tram line that connects you to all seaside resorts and that offers you the chance to explore the entire Belgian coastline by tram.

With the tram you can quickly reach Ostend for shopping or to take the train. You can reach the cultural capital of Bruges in half an hour by car or train.

There are several shops in the area for bicycle rental at democratic prices. They give you the opportunity to discover the coastal strip and the Polders by bike.

Within walking distance are numerous restaurants, bakeries, butchers, a large department store and the possibility of shopping.  At most shops you will certainly find an edition of the magazine "This week in Middelkerke", in which all events are mentioned. See also on the internet.

What we do to make your holiday unique

Studio ROSS is a self-catering studio equipped with every comfort.

It is a studio, so there is no separate bedroom.

On arrival we ask for a cash deposit of 300€. We cannot use a credit card.

We offer a comfortable sleeping chair of 140 x 200 with a solid Bultex© mattress of 15 cm thick.

There are two down duvets of 220 x 240 cm, the mattress is 140 x 200 cm and the pillows are 65 x 65 cm

You must clean the studio yourself by depart.

The energy consumption is included; that way you know exactly what your stay with us will cost.

We have a free Wifi network; you will receive the access code upon arrival.

After deduction of any extras and defects or damage, the deposit will be refunded within two working days by bank transfer.

Everything is available in the kitchen for cooking. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a magnifying mirror. There is a digital TV, CD player, Blue-Ray, radio and home cinema, there are some films and books. There is a map with the sights of the region.

All this to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The roller shutter is equipped with a motor (= very good for the back).

At 200 meters walking distance is a large, secure parking for about 300 cars. The daily rate is 5€ per day; it is possible to pay for several days.

We attach great importance to the safety of our guests. The studio is equipped with a fire alarm, fire extinguisher, fire escape, first aid kit and fire blanket. The studio meets the most modern safety standards and has received the necessary inspection certificates. By meeting all these requirements, we received three stars from Tourism Flanders!

It is not possible to store bicycles in our building. In front of the building, on the public road, there are sturdy posts where bicycles can be parked and secured with a good lock.

Household waste is not collected in Westende-Bad. At the height of the seawall there is a device to deposit household waste. This costs 0.50 € per turn.

Smoking is not allowed in the studio and in the entire building! Pets are not allowed. We withhold the deposit in full if we determine that smoking took place in the studio during your stay or if a pet was present. For the next guests, the smell will mean an unpleasant start to their holiday. Anyone with a pet on arrival is not allowed.

We don't live nearby and have an hour's drive. That is why we like to work by appointment for check-in and check-out, so that our guests do not have to wait unnecessarily.

What is standard in the studio?

1. All necessary crockery, glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, enough cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, mixer, Senseo, peelers, enough clothes hangers, terrace drying rack with pegs, fan ...

2. Bucket, squeegee, brush, mop, sponge, vacuum cleaner, vacuum cleaner bags, cleaning cloths, dustpan with brush, Swiffer, a garbage bag, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, parquet cleaner, toilet duck ...

3. Down blankets; 2 pieces for the bed (summer and winter version), 2 pillows, mattress protector and pillow protectors. The last three are washed after each rental.

Don't forget to bring:
